You do not have to be a Personal Training client to join a class,
but you must have signed consent and waiver forms on file before your first class.
For cycling classes please make an appointment BEFORE your class for a bike fitting to ensure to correct fit for you on your bike. Bikes have pedals for regular fitness shoes and clipless (SPD) cycling shoes.

You may book your space in a class up to 2 weeks in advance.
$10/class. Save 5% when you purchase a 5-class punchcard, 10% when you purchase a 10-class punchcard.
(*Punchcards must be used within 3 months of purchase and are non-transferable)
Spin Dr. - $5/class
Power Up/Homeschool P.E. - $5/class, $18/month if paid at least one week in advance. 5% discount for 2 children from the same family, 10% for 3 or more.

This 50-minute Full body + cardio workout will have you on the bike getting your heartrate up, then onto the mat for a workout with balance balls and resistance bands for a full body, head to toe experience! Mondays, 9:00-9:50am

Keep your homeschooler active and healthy. We will tackle age-appropriate excercises in an energetic, safe, playful atmosphere, both in and outside. There will also be elements of education around positive body image, nutrition and self-confidence. Two classes - age 7-11, Tuesdays, 11:00-11:50am and age 12-15, Thursdays, 11:00-11:50am Session one is August 16th-October 6th.

This 50-minute low impact class is designed to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and coordination. Perfect for folks in their Prime (ages 50+) and all levels of fitness. COMING SOON!

Triple Threat is a 50-minute dynamic fitness class that focuses on your Thighs, Abs and Glutes. Using bodyweight exercises, balls, balance trainers and bands, you're guaranteed to feel the burn!

This 50-minute circuit style workout will take you on a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) journey to calorie-burning, metabolism torching, total body blast fun!

Channel your inner Olivia Newton John for this 50-minute "old school" aerobics class. We'll use steps and kickboxing moves along with bodyweight exercises and core work.

Start your day with this 45-minute indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity in a fun and low impact way. Go on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. Reach your cardio peak, keeping pace with the pack to lift your performance and boost your cardio fitness. Good for all levels of fitness. 6:00-6:45 AM Wednesdays

Want to spin but are crunched for time? Spin Dr. Is a 30 minute workout you can do on your lunchbreak. We'll get out of the saddle and hit some hills and spend some time cruising too. Good for all levels of fitness.
